These terms form an agreement between you and Yadun Know (sole proprietor, "we") for the CraftLedger web application and related services. By using CraftLedger, you agree to these terms.
Not Tax, Accounting, or Legal Advice
CraftLedger is an automated bookkeeping utility provided strictly for informational and organizational purposes. We are not Chartered Professional Accountants (CPAs), tax preparers, or lawyers. Etsy CSV exports, currency conversions, and tax rules vary by seller circumstances and registration status. You are solely responsible for verifying all numbers against your official records and consulting a qualified Canadian tax professional before filing with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) or Revenu Québec.
Pricing and 14-day refund policy
The on-screen preview is free. The Tax-Year Export Pass costs CA$29 via Stripe Checkout and unlocks full T2125 line itemization and CSV/PDF export downloads. We refund your payment on request within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@craftledger.ca.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any tax penalties, interest, assessments, or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
